Typically people ask how long will this process take. Everyone is different and we will be establishing our working relationship in the first 1-4 sessions. In the second set of 4-8 sessions we are deeply into the work of transformation, skill building, changing habits, addressing expectations, changing assumptions and working to create new behaviors. In the final set of 4 sessions we solidify the changes you have made and outline new goals for the future.
